a nod to my return this year to my childhood home in East Tennessee– three dogwood flowers, arranged like the 3 stars on the Tennessee flag, complimented with a simple and beautiful field of open dots. the blooming of the dogwoods is a significant marker of the arrival of Spring here near the Smoky Mountains- always an exciting time of year.
